This course is exactly what a beginner needs when they start with contracts. This course clearly explains the types of contracts, what should be taken into consideration when creating contracts, problems which people commonly face etc. Beginners should take their time a little bit to understand the course clearly since some people may find this course fast paced and you may also replay the videos from time to time to understand the concept and that's clearly ok. I am able to tell this course is very good because I have worked in contracts, and I wanted to know if what I learnt was applicable or not and this course did not disappoint, and I was able to learn a lot more than what I knew. The presentations were simple and neat to learn. And I recommend people to take up the assignments also because it clearly helps you to understand the concept much better since some assignments contain scenarios for a better understanding.
